FAQ

A few things clients often wonder before we begin.

I work virtually with clients throughout Texas. No commute, no waiting room. Just you, in a space where you already feel comfortable.

Sessions are 50 minutes.

I offer flexible scheduling with daytime and evening appointments.

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows me to offer that time to someone else who may need it.

Reaching out takes courage, and it says something about you that you’re here. Call me at (210) 338-0664 or use the contact form to schedule a consultation. We’ll talk about what’s going on, answer your questions, and determine whether we’re a good fit.

This is where we get to know each other. We’ll talk about what’s been weighing on you and what brings you to therapy. There’s no pressure to share everything at once. We move at your pace. My role is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported from the very beginning.

I use an integrative, analytical approach that blends evidence-based practices with neurodivergent-informed care for deeper mind-body awareness. Together, we explore your experiences, patterns, and inner world with curiosity rather than judgment. I believe every person holds their own answers. Therapy helps quiet the noise so you can hear them again. Sessions are collaborative, kind, and tailored to your unique needs.

I support individuals working through anxiety, depression, life transitions, cancer survivorship, relationship challenges, and the emotional impact of stress or overwhelm. If you’re unsure whether your concern fits, reach out. I’m happy to help you figure out whether I’m the right fit or point you toward someone who can.

Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. Some clients come for a short period to work through a specific challenge. Others stay longer to explore deeper patterns, transformation, and integration. We’ll check in regularly about your goals, progress, and what feels right for you.

Yes. Your privacy is protected by law and by my commitment to creating a safe, trustworthy space.

The best therapy happens when you feel comfortable, understood, and supported without judgment. I encourage you to explore my approach, read through this site, and schedule a consultation. That conversation will tell you a lot about whether this feels like the right fit.
