About

You’ve done this work before.

Sat across from a therapist and talked about the hard things.

Read the books, tried the techniques, and showed up over and over again.

And some of it helped. But something is still there.

It’s the anxiety that won’t fully quiet down. A reaction you can’t explain. Or maybe it’s a version of yourself you keep running into, no matter how much you’ve processed.

You’re not starting from zero. You already know how to do therapy.

What you’re looking for now is something that reaches the places talk alone hasn’t touched.

This is therapy that works with your whole system.

At Quantum Neurointegrative Counseling, I use the Integration and Identity Alignment Method (IIAM). In plain terms, that means bringing together different parts of healing: your thoughts, your body’s stored stress, and your core sense of self.

That includes somatic therapy, which works directly with the tension and activation your body has been holding. It includes neurointegrative therapy, which helps your brain and nervous system work together more effectively. And it includes clinical hypnotherapy, a focused, relaxed state in which your mind can process information differently than in regular conversation.

These aren’t separate treatments stacked on top of each other. They work together. Because what you’re carrying didn’t land in just one place.

Think of me as a tour guide and concierge.

I provide guidance to get you where you need to go and point out all the cool places that aren’t on the tour. You’ll have an authentic experience.

In session, we’ll laugh, and you’ll probably do a lot of crying. There’s a saying: “If you haven’t heard the end of it, you haven’t heard the heart of it.” This stems from every person’s desire to be heard. Otherwise, you will keep repeating the same story until you are truly heard.

And when you are lying to yourself, I’m going to let you know and hold you accountable.

My clients repeatedly tell me that, from the beginning, I create a space where they feel completely safe. Safe to speak honestly, safe to feel, and safe to explore the parts of yourself you have been avoiding.

About Catia Trevino, LPC

Catia Trevino, LPC

I always knew I wanted to help people.

I tested the waters of counseling while working on my master’s in human relations. For most of my life, people would come to me and tell me their problems, even strangers.

I remember this day. I was in a class reading a paragraph in one of my counseling books. When I finished reading it, I thought: yes, I want to help others, but counseling can help me, too. I realized I had work ahead of me.

What people don’t realize is that if you do not resolve and integrate internal conflicts, experiences, or emotions, they will wait for you. That to me is a high price to pay for your peace of mind and sense of happiness.

So I did the work. And I built a practice around helping others do theirs.

I hold a master’s degree in professional counseling and a double master’s in human relations and business. Through specialized training in somatic therapy, neurointegrative therapy, and clinical hypnotherapy, I developed the Integration and Identity Alignment Method.

In my free time…

Early on, I recognized that I enjoy growth and having experiences that enrich my life and bring joy to my heart. For now, I’ve found that owning a home and doing DIY projects help me create an environment that supports me, gets me into the flow zone, and live in a place that has beauty and peace. It feels like home.

I think I may have been an interior designer in another lifetime because color, space planning, and beautifying any space ignite my creativity. I’ve learned to do many things, and I get asked what I’m going to build next.

Hmm, maybe my own building…
